1. RETAIL PROFIT (RP)

Selling Indus Viva products directly to your customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation for your business. Face-to-face retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing Indus Viva products at the Distributor price and then selling them at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

Selling products to your customers is essential in . You can earn commissions without even enrolling a single distributor under you by building a strong customer base. All distributors earn 20% of the distributor price of the product.

2. TOP RETAILERS BONUS (TRB)

Distributors who achieve high Retail Sales (with a minimum of 1000 PV of Authenticated Retail Sales)over a calendar month period will be rewarded with a Top Retailers Award.

  1. 1st Place (Top Retailer) will earn 500GBU (Rs. 50,000)
  2. 2nd Place would earn 250 GBU (Rs. 25,000)
  3. 3rd Place would earn Rs. 11,990 worth products respectively. (Whoever is purchasing 1000 PV worth products in a month will be eligible for third prize)

Prize product will not carry any Point Value. Sales are subject to audit.
Volumes Exceeding 200 PV in a week will be added in the Lesser Leg for Team Bonus.

3. BUSINESS OPENING BONUS (BOB)

To start building a distribution network you need two associates. One on your Left zone and the other on your Right zone. Sometimes they may be sponsored by your up-lines as well. Indus Viva will reward your efforts to convince them to get associated based on the first order they place. You will be paid 5GBU against their first order volume. I.e.if A is placing a first order of 200 PV you will be paid 10GBU and B is placing 25 PV you will be getting 1.25GBU. Maximum BOB from A or B is 10 GBU (Rs.1000/-).To get eligible for BOB a distributor should be minimum 25 PV active. This is a One-time bonus. A & B’s reorders will be calculated in Team Bonus.

4. QUICK STAR BONUS (QSB)

When you achieve Star rank within your week of starting or the immediate week, you will be paid 10GBU.You and your both personally sponsored distributorsshould be at least 100 Active. Achieving & encouraging your team members to achieve QSB will give pace for your business. This is a One-time Bonus.

5. GRAND OPENING BONUS (GOB)

If you sponsor any one to this business with a first order of 200 PV you will be getting 5GBU. If your ID is 200 PV Active at that point of time you will be getting 5GBU more. Building business in 200PV and maintain an activity level of 200 PV will give scale for your business. This is a One-time bonus, their reorders will not be considered for GOB.

6. TEAM BONUS (TB)

The team bonus aspect of the plan is calculated from your tree, which has two legs, LEFT and RIGHT.You will be compensated based on successfully building Group Volume within the tree.As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to get team bonuses based on the Balanced Group Volume generated on either side.
CALCULATION OF TEAM BONUS.

Once you reach 25 GV on your lesser leg, a 10% team bonus is paid on the GV in that leg (which equates to earning 5% of the balanced volume from both your legs). Any unpaid GV is carried over to the following week, based on your rank and as long as you remain active. Team Bonus is limited to 2500 GBU/Rs. 250,000 per week, per business center. The minimum team bonus paid is 2.5 GBU/Rs. 250, requiring that you have at least 25 GV on both your right and left legs. As long as you remain active with at least 25 PV, you can continue to accrue volume towards your next Team Bonus payment.When you have 25 GV on your lesser leg and 100 GV on yourgreater leg you will be given 2.5GBU as Team Bonus and again once you accumulate minimum 25GV on your lesser leg, as Team Bonus is paid on matching 25 GV increments from both legs.

7. CAPPING

Weekly capping of Team Bonus is based on your achieved rank. I.e. ID/Star can earn maximum 500 GBU (Rs. 50,000/-) as Team Bonus is a bonus week, whereas after becoming Sapphire Executive you can earn maximum 2500 GBU (Rs.2, 50,000/-)

  1. ID/Star – 500GBU
  2. RUBY – 1000 GBU
  3. PEARL – 1500 GBU
  4. EMERALD – 2000 GBU
  5. SAPPHIRE -2500 GBU
  6. FIRST BERTH ID – 5000 GBU
  7. SECOND BERTH ID – 7500 GBU
  8. THIRD BERTH ID – 10000 GBU
  9. FAST TRACK BONUS (FTB)

It is given for Rank Advancement within two weeks only up to Sapphire Rank.i.e for Ruby Executive. Your week of starting and two more weeks will be counted.

  1. ID to Ruby -25 GBU
  2. Ruby to Pearl -50 GBU
  3. Pearl to Emerald -100 GBU
  4. Emerald to Sapphire -200 GBU
  5. ROYALTY

50% of the turnover of the company is allocated for compensation plan. After paying other 9 bonuses and marketing costs (if any), the balance amount will move to Royalty pool. Which will be equally divided and given to all Diamond & above every month for one year. When your achieved ranks go high, Royalty will be added for one more year. Black Diamond will get it for 5 years and Royal Black Diamond will get it for life time. Royalty will be paid monthly. Note: Payment of Royalty commissions will be at sole discretion of the company (Conditions apply *)

10. ELITE BUSINESS MATCH BONUS

Black Diamond & above Ranks are eligible.
After TB capping,1 GBU is paid on every newly balanced 100 Group Volume
2nd ID after TB capping, will be paid flat Rs.50/- on newly generated 100 Group Volume. 3rdand 4th IDs also have same criteria.

11. REWARD PROGRAMS

Awardee will be selected from the qualified Diamond*and above applicants by a panel which includes a retired judge yearly once. Once achieved will not be considered in the future. A serious violation in future may attract the withdrawal of the title.
If a tie comes between a maleand female, female will be selected.

  • Blue Diamond – 45000 Group Volume on both the sides within 3 consecutive weeks. Minimum 7500 GV (50%) each has to come in a week.
  • Purple Diamond -60000 Group Volume on both the sides within 3 consecutive weeks. Minimum 10000 GV (50%) each has to come in a week.
